Truly shocked and saddened to hear of Jeff’s passing. I worked as a contractor at BT Brentwood on two occasions. Jeff was most welcoming, friendly and so helpful to all who joined. Although he was very busy himself, he always had time to help and guide us. And that smile and sense of humour. As someone else has already mentioned, he was forever smiling and happy. A truly fantastic bloke. I often thought of what Jeff was like outside of work and thought it must have been so good being a friend of or family member of his.
